By placing an order or using this website, you accept the following Terms & Conditions
The website , it's products and info are presented as is. The Games Guild isn't liabile due to small errors on the site and it's info.
If the error is found, we will strife to correct it and notify the user (if applicable) as soon as possible.
This website is governed by Dutch Law. Any conflict will be dealt under Dutch Law.
All items on the website are also available in store. If you want to place a web order, just click on the items and walk through the proces of ordering. Order can either be shipped or be picked up at store.
Orders can be paid by using IDeal or pay in store (only with pick up).
Items can be sold out before the online inventory has been adjusted. In that case we will inform you asap and offer you a solution or refund the order.
If you need a custom solution, just let us know.
All our orders are shipped as either normal mail or parcel post. If you choose for a tracked shipping, a trackingcode will be provided as soon as the order has been shipped. Orders are normally shipped between 1 and 2 workdays after the order date. Currently the website only offers shipping in the Netherlands, but if you want to have it shipped to anywhere in the world, just let us know.
If you need a custom shipping option, just let us know.
Cancellation and Returns
We reserve the right to cancel an order that contains items that are not in stock.
You can cancel an order at any moment as long as the order hasn't been shipped yet.
In order to cancel an order, just send us an e-mail (email@example.com)
You can return an item you've ordered via the webstore within 14 days after arrival of the order regardles of reason.
The shipping costs of returning the item is for the buyer. Alternatively you can return the item in store (our adress can be found on the 'About Us' section. Once the item is returned and checked, the payment of the item(s) returned (including shipping if the complete order was returned) will be refunded within 3 workdays.
If you want to return any item(s), just let us know in advance.
If their is any defect or fault in your order / items, just let us know first. We will thrive to give you the best solution to solve the issue.
